HomeSearch is a Dubai real estate research platform built on real numbers. Every price, trend and transaction you see comes from records held by the Dubai Land Department, and every agent is licensed by RERA. We started it because researching property in Dubai should not feel like a gamble.
Why we built this
Anyone who has searched for property in Dubai knows the routine. The same apartment is listed by five agents at four different prices. A villa that looks perfect turns out to have sold last quarter. Asking prices sit well above what buyers are really paying, and there is no easy way to tell.
We spent enough time on the other side of that to want something better. HomeSearch takes the actual sale and rental figures registered with the Dubai Land Department, organises them by community, building and developer, and shows you the real picture before you pick up the phone.

Where our numbers come from
Dubai keeps one of the most open property records anywhere in the world. Every sale and lease is registered with the Dubai Land Department, and that record is what we build on.
Each day we take the latest registered transactions, clean them, and group them by building, community and property type to update the price trends across the site. When a figure looks like an outlier, we hold it back rather than let it skew a trend. Our full methodology walks through every step.
