Al Yufrah is emerging as one of Dubai's off-plan growth corridors, with 15 projects currently tracked in this area using official Dubai Land Department project data. The pipeline is dominated by a single active developer, Emaar Properties, whose The Valley community accounts for the majority of listed schemes, including Elora, Rivana, Avena, Avena 2, Velora, Velora 2, Venera and Lillia.

Handovers across these projects are scheduled between 2026 and 2028, giving buyers a multi-year window to plan purchases against expected completion dates.
